The significant changes made to the Table of Financial Delegations (section B4 Property Operations) & ADOM Building Projects Approval Process (Appendix 4), which outlines specific expenditure delegations - AiC approval 26 February 2026.

Update for the ADOM Governance Handbook 2026 (v11 updated April 2026 AiC). It is available on ADOM Portal website (within the Governance library).

 Kindly ensure you pay particular attention to the significant changes made to the Table of Financial Delegations on page 51, which outlines General, Specific and Other Expenditure delegations as of 9^th April AiC meeting.
