This book contains signatures of representatives. An Act for the convening and holding the Assembly of the United Church of England and Ireland in Victoria under the provisions of the Act of 18 Victoria No 45 and to regulate the election of Lay Representatives thereof "it is provided for ascertaining the attendance of election of Lay Representatives during sny session of the Assembly a book shall at the commencement of every session be placed on the table of the Assembly by the Secretary and be preserved by him in which every elected member shall (wend) his name at same day of his attendance at such session and the absence of the name of any elected member in such book at the termination of the session shall be conclusive evidence of his having been abscent from the Assembly during the whole period thereof".
