- To J. J. English Esq. Hon. Sec., St. Paul's Church Sale informing him that His Lordship has written to Per. P.K. Simmons requesting him to give up the key to the Parsonage and not to officiate any longer in the District of Sale. October 24 1862. Page 14.

- A typed form letter which would have been sent to The Trustees (or Church Committee) of various Churches of England informing them that an appropriation has been made by the Bishop in Council of the money that will be available under the 53rd Clause of the Constitution Act, for Church of England purposes in 1863, full particulars of the appropriation will appear in the "Church Gazette".
