- A typed letter to the Trustees or (Church Committee) informing them that they have failed to fulfil the condition numbered _ attached to the conditional grant of _ pounds in aid of the erection of _ at _ (of which you were advised by my circular letter of the 21st December last), the appropriation must be reported to the Bishop in Council as having lapsed. If there should be satisfactory reasons for the delay, and you should think it desirable, to apply for the reappropriation of any part of the amount out of the moneys available for church buildings this year, it will be well to do so immediately.
